What does Pre-Order mean?
You will see the pre-order option pop up in the add to cart box if your size is
currently out of stock in our studio.
By selecting Pre-Order you pay in full and we get your size on its way to you
ASAP usually in 
5-10 days. 
How long will it take to get my sleepwear once I have paid and ordered online?
If your item is in stock we will get her wrapped up and out to you with in 1-2 business days
We post out on Mondays - Wednesdays + Thursdays

If you have a pre-order item we always get these products to you within 14 days time
at a maximum, usually it is much faster than that though. 
How do I measure myself to get the size right?
To find out your best size you need to measure your bust (the fullest part). 
You can also lay your favourite fitting current nightgown and measure across
the front, side seam to side seam and double the measurement to get the size.

To find the length, measure from the top of your shoulder down

To find the armpit measurement, measure from the top of the shoulder
to where its comfortable under the arm pit.
I received the wrong order, what happens now?
Yes we get it wrong sometimes, we are only human but we try to get it right 99% of the time.
Please let us know straight away if we have sent you the wrong order and we will get the correct 
order out and include a postage paid return satchel for you to return the wrong order to us.
Thank you for your understanding when this does happen.
What happens if I ordered the wrong size?
We get it, we are all only human ! Sometimes we don't always get it right so if its wrong we will 
make it right !
Please keep all labels and tags attached as you recieved your order then send us an email with 
your order number and what size or style you need to replace your order with. 
Then we ask that you mail us back your wrong nightie and we will cover the postage to send you 
the correct item.
If I have worn my nightie only once can I still return it?
Sadly this is against hygiene regulations, please make sure you try your nightie or sleepwear on as soon as you recieve it,
if it is not right just send us an email so we can help you to find the perfect fit.
What do I do if my nightie or sleepwear need some alterations?
Sometimes a few little tweaks to your nightie will be simple and get it just perfect.
Especially when it comes to the length and shortening the straps sometimes.
If you don't sew or know a friend who can help then we highly reccomend finding a local seamstress 
or a shopping centre/dry cleaner alterations store.
We are unable to do this at The Nightie Shop for you.
If I need more help with sizing etc. Can I talk to someone?
Yes of course ! You can call Moira on 0419 889 790 during business hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Sending a text to this same number is also a perfect way to get some help.
How can I make sure that I order the right size?
Every effort has been made to measure every nightie and create a special size chart for each style of nightie.
We have done this as each nightie style is quite different in shape and size. 
You can find the size chart for each nightie below the description for every product.
Where is "The Nightie Shop" located?
Our beautiful Nightie Shop is an online store only run from Moira's home studio in Bayside Brisbane, Queensland Australia.
Can I get a refund?
Yes is the simple answer! As long as the item is exactly as you
receievd it, we are more than happy to refund if your nightie 
isn't as you have wished for. We kindly ask that you post it 
back to us at your cost and we will issue your refund when
we have recieved your return.
Where can I make requests or give feedback?
Moira dearly loves to hear all of your requests and feedback, it is truly 
a valuable gift and we want to hear it all.

Does "The Nightie Shop" wholesale to other stores etc?
At this time we are not sleepwear wholesalers
I have a friend overseas who loves my nighties, can she buy from your online store?
Absolutley we ship our beautiful sleepwear all over the world.  
International orders are made online the same as Australian
orders however have a different shipping rate of $30 AUD
Can I get a discount if I am buying many nighties in one order?
If you need to make a larger than normal order which would be 4 or more nighties
in one order, please do get in touch with an email so we can look after your needs personally.
Do you have any discount coupons?
Yes of course, we offer you $10 off your first order and once you are one of our nostalgic nightie
ladies we go to great lenghts to send out all kinds of gifts and discounts along the way.
Do you have a store where I can try the nighties on?
As we are online only we don't have a store or space where you can try on our nighties sorry.
