Include a little note letting me know what size you would prefer and I will get it posted back to you with no extra postage charge.

Send your item back in the same un-worn condition with tags on.

🖤  How long do pre-orders take to arrive?

I always allow up to 14 days - if there is an issue and it goes beyond that I will issue a refund.

In most cases I try have your pre-order out to you in about 5-10 days

🖤  If I buy as a gift, can they return if it's not right?

Of course!

Your friend can mail their item un-worn back to PO BOX 3045, Birkdale QLD 4159.

Just include a note or email to let me know what they will be exchanging for or I will happily arrange a credit note.

  • Gifts can not be refunded unless to the original purchaser.

Please get in touch straight away with an email to : thenightieshop@gmail.com, let us know your order number and photos of the issue and you will have a reply with a solution within a few hours.

Yes of course, there is no difference here to any other payment method

🖤  Do you have a physical store where I can try on the sleepwear?

Sadly not, The Nightie Shop is an online store only, based in Brisbane QLD

🖤  Where are all of our products made?

We only stock 100% pure cotton for every single piece at The Nightie Shop.  Our products are proudly manufactured in India within a small family owned and run business.  India is the worlds largest producer of cotton due to their climate and Northern dry lands.  The variety of light weight cottons is vast and brilliant as are their pattern masters and fabric cutters all of whom are well taken care of, yes I travelled there myself.

🖤  What happens if I put the wrong address or information at checkout?

We are only human and mistakes do happen, send us an email or online chat with the right details and we can change that right away for you.

🖤  Why is ShopPay the only payment option showing up for me?

This is something we have researched and worked out that if you have used ShopPay even just once it will always come up until you clear your history and disable ShopPay from within your App.  In small print below the ShopPay Bar there should be other payment options that you can click on to take you to all other options.  If not please get in touch and we can help you get around this issue.
