We have an option to suit everyone, it's all about choice and suiting your budget.

Trust me we get it, postage is expensive and less than every 6 months this increases at Australia Post. 

Please know that we do not take any profit from shipping charges, nor do we charge for our time getting orders to the post office etc.  Most orders actually require us to chip in a little extra when weights are higher. 

So here are The Nightie Shop shipping options :

Orders placed below $149 = $9.95 Australia Post Standard

Orders placed over $149 = FREE Australia Post Standard

VIP EXPRESS POST is available for any order at $14.95

If your order is in stock and not a pre-order we aim to have your special goodies ready to go within 1-2 business days.  

You will always have your tracking number emailed to you and we are here to help if you have any special requests or need some help.

PRE-ORDERS

Our pre-orders arrive to us within 7-14 days which we then immediately send out to you. If there is any chance it will be outside the expected time we will be in touch.  

If your order contains one piece in-stock and another piece pre-order, we will be in touch to see if you would like us to send both items when the pre-order arrives or send what's in stock straight out.

You can also add a note with your order to let us know your preference for your pre-order pieces.

All Nightie Shop orders are sent to you with love from our headquarters in Brisbane, Queensland Australia. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To be eligible for your refund/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note: the customer is responsible for return postage costs incurred.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please let us know.
